Staging and Styling Services available
Quotes for Full and Partial property styling:
We offer a complimentary quote for property styling for full (vacant property) or partial (integrated with your own furnishings) styling.
This will include bringing in furniture and soft furnishings to enhance your property's potential value.
Our service includes, selection of furnishings, installation and pick up of rental items after your property has sold.
Standard terms are for 4 weeks hire with 2 extra weeks complimentary. Hire can continue after this period on a weekly basis
Pre Sale Property Preparation:
(Complementary if a styling package services is accepted)
We will come to your home and offer advice, room by room on how to stage your home for sale.
This may include advice on:

rearraging furniture to allow the room to flow and create space
-
decluttering- packing and removing unnecessary items
-
styling ideas- inside the home and outdoors- may include additional items to be purchased or hired.

necessary repairs that may need attention
We can provided a written report if requested
Payment Plans available through Payright:
If you would like to consider a zero interest payment plan through Payright, we would be happy to discuss the application process with you.
Payright is a zero interest payment plan that allows our clients to purchase styling services from us by utilising a Payright Zero Account to cover the balance of the styling costs.
After an initial 10% deposit (or more), Payright will pay the balance of the Styling costs to us (less the service fee) and recover the same amount (plus fees and charges, but no interest) from our clients in a series of regular payments.
Storage of your furniture:
We have a special rate with National Storage solution.
